Fishing Charter Booking Request

Thank you for your interest in booking your next adventure with Hoek Setter Fishing Charters! Please note, that by filling out this form, your charter is not confirmed/booked. This form is the first step of the booking process, and will be reviewed by our team. Once we have gone over the details of your request, someone from our team will contact you directly to confirm your booking, go over your itinerary, and process your payment.

Please tell us your desired charter date. We will do our best to accomodate you - but dates are not held until bookings are confirmed.

Payment & Cancellation policy

A 50% deposit is required to hold your booking, and is due upon booking confirmation
The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your charter date

Once you have submitted your request to book, we will follow up with you to process payment

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, we will refund your deposit, provided that your cancellation is done at least 30 days before your charter date

Cancellations made within 30 days of your charter date are non-refundable

In the event that we have to cancel your booking due to weather or uncontrollable circumstances, we will re-schedule your charter for an alternate date

Please review your booking request before submitting. We will follow up with you to confirm your details as soon as possible.
